COMMENDABLE steps towards Daughters

"A daughter remains a loving daughter throughout life."

On 11th August 2020, a landmark judgement came by the Supreme court. A wonderful amendment has been done in the Hindu succession Act,that after the death of father, the property of father will be divided equally among the sons. Then by the 2005 act, it was ruled that the property will be equally divided among sons, daughters and mother.

Key points-----

1. It ruled that a Hindu woman's right to be a joint heir to the ancestral property is by birth.

2. Joint- heirship is by birth, so the father doesn't need to be living as on 9th September 2005, when the Hindu succession Act was enacted.

3.The Sc expended and promoted the amendments done in 2005 which removed the discrimination as contained in Section 6 of the Act.

Daughters are equally entitled to equal property rights even if they were born before 2005 or the father died before 2005.

Effects----

1. Pending matters due to this judgement will get disposed within six months.

2. Gender Equality will get a boost.

3. Women will have a stand and right to get their part in property equal to men.

4. The decision will enhance and improve the mentality against women especially in minority communities.

5. Though it will take a decade to vanish this stigma of women consider to be less in all terms as when compared to men, this decision is big step to strengthen the gender equality.

"""The dignity of women will remain forever """"...

Monetary Policy

The RBI has clearly sought to talk up confidence ignoring the risk of inflation. R BI's latest monetary policy is focused more on economy revival rather than increased inflation rate. This is an optimistic approach towards improving the economic conditions of the country. Since the pandemic hit the country, there has been a continuous downfall of economy due to long and strict lockdown that stopped all the work pausing financial activities across the country. Now that situation is returning towards normalcy it is needed to foster the economy by providing more employment and job opportunities to the people and resume the stagnant growth of the economy. More employment will improve the financial activities and mitigate the impact of lockdown that caused a great loss to GDP of the country. The risk of inflation is also needed to be focused but it can be stay put for a while because reviving economy is more beneficial than cutting prices of commodities. If there will more jobs and em
