This centuries-old accrued knowledge is called “ education ”, which makes humans the smartest creatures on the planet earth.  The basic measurement for education is called the rate of ‘literacy’. The global adult literacy rate is 86%. 75%of the world’s illiterate population lives in South Asia,West Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. Women account for two -  third so fall the illiterate adults of the world. The literacy rate of India is 77.7%(2017-18). fake news

During the time of disasters, there is a situation of panic among the people. In this time fake news plays a very important role in aggravating the situation. The only source of getting valid and real information which could save lives is in the news channels. It is the main source of getting information. Nowadays, abundant of news, and especially fake news are being spread on social media's platform such as WhatsApp,Facebook, Instagram etc. Infact most of the news channels also plays a important role in spreading the fake news. During Covid-19 pestilence, many news have been seen which not only creates panic among the public, but also taken many lives.
Some examples of fake news
1. Migrant workers coming on the Anand vihar bus stop saying that they got a message on whatsapp, government has arranged buses for them to go back to their homes.
2.Fake news are also related to political figures,  few days back, a video went viral of our respected PM,watching ramayana in  PMO. Later it was found that is not of present,  but this video is of past.
3.Also when the riots raise due to Article 370, many fake news come in front of everyone, which makes a dispute between hindu and Muslims communities.
No doubt fake news are misleading. And also misguide,  so when these types of news come in our knowledge before any action we have to think twice and also monitor before making any action. And action is not of punishment of sedition charge, one cannot be hanged till death just for stealing. It just that we have to make a fear among those spreading the fake news, so just a fine or a few months imprisonment..

Monetary Policy

The RBI has clearly sought to talk up confidence ignoring the risk of inflation. R BI's latest monetary policy is focused more on economy revival rather than increased inflation rate. This is an optimistic approach towards improving the economic conditions of the country. Since the pandemic hit the country, there has been a continuous downfall of economy due to long and strict lockdown that stopped all the work pausing financial activities across the country. Now that situation is returning towards normalcy it is needed to foster the economy by providing more employment and job opportunities to the people and resume the stagnant growth of the economy.
