Education - A Weapon

“ Education is the key to unlocking the world, passport to freedom”                                                     Oprah Winfrey What separates humans from animals is the ability of humans to write, read, learn and teach . This centuries-old accrued knowledge is called “ education ”, which makes humans the smartest creatures on the planet earth.  The basic measurement for education is called the rate of ‘literacy’. The global adult literacy rate is 86%. 75%of the world’s illiterate population lives in South Asia,West Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. Women account for two -  third so fall the illiterate adults of the world. The literacy rate of India is 77.7%(2017-18). In  the modern world, the meaning of ‘education’ is structured knowledge of our society in various disciplines – history, mathematics, polity, economics, various streams of science and arts, craftsmanship. Education is the tool that helps us choose right from wrong, good from bad and ethical from unethical. A

Love...Jihad

Every country desires to progress and establish a place of respect, superiority with respect to power and stability on the global arena, abiding to the constitutional freedom and laws that guarantee respect and recognition to citizens  residing in that country.
The government of the country should certainly strive hard to ensure law and order must be put in place , by not allowing the growth of terror groups and seeing to it that  peace and tranquillity is established across nook and cranny. Over the centuries, casteism and religionism has prevailed in India. Despite several laws, the social stigma for interfaith marriages still exists in the Indian Society. Recently, several state governments have shown concerns about enacting proper laws to stop marriages which they refer to as ‘Love jihad’ and UP Chief Minister Mr. Yogi Adityanath have already passed the ordinance related to it.

However, these laws over interfaith marriage (the relationship build up between two individuals having different religious faiths) violates several rights of people such as right to freedom, personal liberty and right to life. But as we know everything have its own pros and cons.
Issues related to interfaith marriages...
1. Interfaith marriages are believed to be a forced conversion of one of the spouses (mostly women).
2. As per the Muslim Personal law, in order to get married to a non-Muslim, conversion of religion is the only way.
3. Hindu religion allows only monogamy and those who want to marry second time take another course.
On the other hand Contemplating laws to regulate matrimonial relationships between two agreed adults would not be just against the constitutional guarantees but would offend the very notion of individuality and basic freedoms and also intervention
of the law in an individual’s choice of marriage violates the existing constitutional rights such as the Right to equality, Right to Freedom & Personal Liberty, Freedom of Religion and Right to Life.
The marriage of two adults is a complete matter of their own choice, neither a law is to impose any decision, nor any individual. The freedom of decision of his/ her marriage shall lie with the person only. The need is to accept the fact. Religious conversion for spreading terrorism cannot be disregarded completely. But the act against intermarriages ,if seen through the prism of negativity will undoubtedly retrograde the country's vision and have serious ramifications in future. By enforcing the laws initiated by the UP regime  and  all the states  gradually following on its footsteps, the states not only will deepen the communal divide within the country but also lead to citizens' loosing their faith and trust on the constitution, regarded an epic guaranteeing and providing them  with basic rights of freedom and equality. Faith can translate into miracles but at the same time can turn upside down the situation in a shambles. In a nutshell, look before you leap".

Monetary Policy

The RBI has clearly sought to talk up confidence ignoring the risk of inflation. R BI's latest monetary policy is focused more on economy revival rather than increased inflation rate. This is an optimistic approach towards improving the economic conditions of the country. Since the pandemic hit the country, there has been a continuous downfall of economy due to long and strict lockdown that stopped all the work pausing financial activities across the country. Now that situation is returning towards normalcy it is needed to foster the economy by providing more employment and job opportunities to the people and resume the stagnant growth of the economy. More employment will improve the financial activities and mitigate the impact of lockdown that caused a great loss to GDP of the country. The risk of inflation is also needed to be focused but it can be stay put for a while because reviving economy is more beneficial than cutting prices of commodities. If there will more jobs and em
